Shops Terms and Conditions on STYLEAK

1. Joining the Platform

Shops can join STYLEAK by registering through the platform and setting up a shop account. This requires providing basic shop information, such as name and location, and agreeing to the platform’s terms to ensure a trusted experience for customers.

2. Product Listings

• Create product listings with clear images and accurate descriptions for clothing, accessories, perfumes, or footwear only.
• Ensure products are authentic and comply with platform standards, avoiding copyrighted materials or counterfeit items.
• Do not upload sexual, offensive, violent, political, or irrelevant images or text.
• Listings must not contain mobile numbers, personal contact details, or external links.
• Use the shop dashboard to easily update prices and inventory.

3. Order Processing

• Receive notifications when customers place orders through STYLEAK.
• Securely package products and ship them within 3 to 7 business days from the order date.
• Track shipment status and provide updates to customers via the platform to ensure a seamless experience.

4. Returns and Customer Support

• Allow returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, per the platform’s policy.
• Offer replacements for products that are defective or not as described.
• Communicate directly with customers through the platform to address inquiries, complaints, returns, or replacements promptly and professionally.

5. Commissions and Fees

• No commission will be charged for the first 10,000 EGP in sales.
• After reaching 10,000 EGP in sales, a 10% commission per transaction will apply, subject to change.
• Commission will be deducted automatically from the shop’s pre-added credit balance.
• If a customer returns a product, the deducted commission will be refunded as credit only.

6. Respect for the Platform

Shops must use STYLEAK responsibly and respectfully. Any abuse, spamming, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or permanent banning of the shop account.
