Platform Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to STYLEAK, a platform connecting clothing shops and customers. By using STYLEAK, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of the platform, and protect STYLEAK from liabilities.
2. Platform Role
STYLEAK acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not sell products ourselves, nor are we a party to transactions between customers and shops.
3. Shop Responsibilities
Shops are solely responsible for listing accurate product descriptions, handling delivery, managing returns, and ensuring products are genuine and legal. STYLEAK bears no liability for any issues related to products sold.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for verifying product details and communicating directly with shops regarding returns or disputes. Cash on delivery is the only accepted payment method for customers at this time.
5. Payments and Commissions
Shops will not be charged commissions for the first 6–12 months after launch. Afterward, a 10% commission per transaction will apply, subject to change. Shops must maintain sufficient account credit to cover commissions. In case of returns, commissions will be refunded as credit only.
6. Content Ownership
Shops are solely responsible for the content they upload. STYLEAK is not liable for copyright violations, fake products, or false descriptions. Shops agree to indemnify STYLEAK against any legal claims arising from their content.
7. Limitation of Liability
STYLEAK is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes between customers and shops. Our platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
8. Account Termination
STYLEAK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If moved, UAE laws may apply. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by competent Egyptian (or UAE) courts.
10. Changes to Terms
STYLEAK may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
